Kelly Fisher, CPHC — Director of BIM & Building Performance at Kearns Mancini Architects Inc.
Kelly has 16 years of experience in various sectors of the construction industry, and is a Certiﬁed Passive House Consultant (CPHC), certiﬁed by the Passive House Institute in Germany. In 2019, she was certiﬁed as a Passive House Planning Package Expert (PHPP). She is experienced working with suppliers to develop the details required to meet PH principles. Her proﬁciency with BIM has enabled her to create eﬃciencies in the BIM-PHPP workﬂow. Her automated process for building the PHPP Model equips the architectural team with constant relevant information and results. Kelly has a strong interest in building science and performance, she is passionate about making PH buildings the standard that is accessible to all.”
Josie Costantini, CPHC — Project Manager at Schilthius Construction Inc.
A certified Passive House Consultant with a BA in Architectural Science and a Master’s in Building science, Josie enjoys the creative problem solving of Passive House projects. Working with Schilthuis Construction for the past 3 years, Josie has been closely involved in the pre-construction and construction phases of a few Passive House MURB’s in Hamilton Ontario. There are many Passive House projects to come in the near future and she looks forward to the challenge that comes with building to a higher standard.
Pierre-André Santin, CPHC, Passive House Certifier — Founder and Managing Principal at MIZU Passive House Consulting Inc.
Pierre-André is a Building Certifier, Trainer, Consultant, and Tradesperson accredited by the Passive House Institute in Germany, and the founder and principal of MIZU Passive House Consulting in Vancouver, BC. He consults on a variety of projects across Canada and lectures part-time at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Pierre-André has over 15 years of experience managing large-scale technology projects. His passion for architecture and environmental stewardship led him to Passive House building design. Pierre-André works with architects, engineering firms, and local builders on the design and certification of ultra-low energy single family, multi-residential, and mixed use and special purpose buildings. He also advises field teams on proven energy efficient detailing and construction techniques.
