We will be chatting with Kelly Wilson a realtor in Elora, Ontario to get an idea about what its like to sell a Passive House. People buy homes for emotional reasons: to be happy, to be healthy and to be secure. The goal is to sell the benefits of living in a space that gives you all those things.
Over a period of 10 years, Kelly’s diverse experience included architectural design, building permit services, custom kitchen design and green building consulting. Kelly’s design and construction knowledge are huge assets to her clients, as she is able to see the potential and opportunity in any property.
