Experience Net Zero for Yourself: December 4, Washington, DC

Passive and the profitable path to Net Zero: see it in action!
In just under two weeks, on Wednesday, December 4, the pre-conference for PHIUS’ North American Passive Conference 2019 kicks off! That evening, for those who can’t make the day sessions, PHIUS Executive Director Katrin Klingenberg will headline a presentation by experienced passive building practitioners to give a “passive primer” and Net Zero—at AGU’s stunning Net Zero retrofit headquarters in D.C.‘s DuPont Circle. The AGU building is a Net Zero facility, the first Net Zero energy commercial renovation in the District.
Klingenberg will be joined by:
- Zack Semke (of Passive House Accelerator)
- Matt Fine, Project Manager, Peabody Architects
- David Peabody, Owner, Peabody Architects
- Michael Hindle, Owner, Principal at Passive to Positive
AGU is a global community of 60,000 Earth and space scientists, and their headquarters reflects how seriously they take the challenge before us.
Space is limited and there is a nominal ($5) registration fee. The event is open to the public.
