Graham Irwin, is a Northern California-based Passive House designer, energy transition thinker, and high performance building rabble rouser. At the Global Passive House Happy Hour, Graham will present in-the-dirt details for future-proofing buildings for energy and water. Graham is principal of Essential Habitat Architecture and has been a pioneer of the California Passive House movement since 2008, including design of the first certified Passive House in California, the first certified Passive House retrofit in the US, and the first certified multi-family Passive House in the US.
