The Global Passive House Happy Hour is held Wednesdays at 4 pm (Pacific), 7 pm (Eastern), midnight (British), and 11 am (Thursdays, Australian Eastern). Join us 30 minutes early for pre-show networking and stick around following the main event for our After Hour!
Neil Norris, certified Passive House Designer and senior member of Morrison Hershfield’s Façade Engineering group, will join us this week to present the Artscape project. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Artscape is a seven story Passive House building that will host gallery space on the ground floor with art production spaces in the upper levels.
The project, which broke ground in March, is chock full of cool details, including an innovative non-combustible wall design, heat pump water heater, and more. Before his role at Morrison Hershfield, Neil worked as an in-house technical advisor for Passive House Canada specializing in thermal energy demand through high-performance building envelopes.
Join us for the Global Passive House Happy Hour to hear Neil’s insights about the Artscape project on Wednesday Nov 25.
