This newly launched, self paced course will teach you effective methods of calculating thermal bridging more efficiently, through easily digestible content available anytime, anywhere and with the ability to access course content at your own pace.

The repeated occurrence of moisture accumulation can not only cause mold but also create visual and structural damage.

By taking this course, you will learn the fundamentals of thermal bridging calculations and learn how to thermal model quickly and efficiently!

With the use of specialized software, we can simulate construction details and analyze the building fabric to almost exacting details. We can then cut the models to see the temperatures in critical areas. This helps us to determine whether or not there is a deficiency in the building fabric by design. Watch this software in action!

This self-paced course is recommended for engineers, architects, energy modellers, energy advisors, Certified Passive House Designers and Consultants, and anyone interested in thermal bridging calculation.

This course is offered in partnership with Robert Ryan from Earth Cycle. Robert has over 15 years of experience in training, software, graphics and construction of Passive House, nZeb and low energy Buildings of all types and sizes. He is an Approved Thermal Modeler and has been calculating thermal bridges for over ten years for a wide variety of construction types.
