The Global Passive House Happy Hour is held Wednesdays at 4 pm (Pacific), 7 pm (Eastern), midnight (British), and 11 am (Thursdays, Australian Eastern). Join us 30 minutes early for pre-show networking and stick around following the main event for our After Hour!
Scott Kennedy and his firm, Cornerstone Architecture, are a vital, driving force behind Passive House design and Passive House adoption in Vancouver and in Canada (through Scott’s board leadership at Passive House Canada). Scott will be joined by Gesa Zellermann, designer and project manager with Cornerstone, at the Global Passive House Happy Hour this Wednesday, December 16, to present The Heights project, Vancouver’s first Passive House apartment block. Their presentation will include the lessons learned from the project as well as share monitoring data to show the real-world results of this pioneering effort. (You can learn more about The Heights in this Treehugger article by Lloyd Alter and this Passive House Buildings piece.)
Join us this Wednesday for some multifamily Passive House inspiration and lively discussion with Scott and Gesa!
