SOLIS in Seattle: Aaron Swain of Weber Thompson to Headline Wednesday's PH Happy Hour (Aug 12)
The Global Passive House Happy Hour is held Wednesday at 4 pm (Pacific), 7 pm (Eastern), midnight (British), and 9 am (Thursday, Australian Eastern). Join us 30 minutes early for pre-show networking or stick around following the main event four After Hour!
The SOLIS project in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood is a sign that Passive House is finally entering the collective consciousness of the city’s multifamily housing marketplace. The Passive House “brand” features front and center in the marketing of the upscale apartment building, designed by Weber Thompson, built by Cascade Built, and owned by Solterra: “Seattle newest Passive House project—be part of preserving your health and our future”, the project’s leasing website urges.
