10:00am - 12:00pm
Join us for the second construction tour of the Good Energy Haus on September 21, 2019 and learn about construction progress, assemblies, and systems for this certified Passive House home.
The Good Energy Haus is a truly carbon-neutral urban infill home designed by Tim Delhey Eian with TE Studio and built by Tanner Construction. It serves as a beacon for sustainability and a showcase for the firms and their partners.
WHAT: Learn about the Passive House building approach and bring your questions for the architect, builder and home owners. With the building shell up, we will focus on envelope details, windows and doors, as well as mechanical systems before items are concealed during the finishing phase.
WHEN: We'll gather on site at 10am and give a talk at 10:15am.
BE SAFE: The Good Energy Haus is under construction! Please use caution on site, follow directions and supervise your children at all times.
