Boston Globe Talks with Julie Klump About Making Decarbonization Sexy

Last week, the Boston Globe ran an article about building decarbonization and the effort to make heat recovery ventilators sexy. Globe columnist Yvonne Abraham gave special attention to Julie Klump, Vice President of Design and Building Performance at Preservation of Affordable Housing and a previous guest on the Passive House Podcast (not once, but twice!). Klump gave Abraham a tour of a retrofit currently taking place at the Salem Heights Apartments, an affordable housing complex in Salem, Massachusetts, that will slash energy bills by about 67%.
