The Global Passive House Happy Hour is held Wednesdays at 4 pm (Pacific), 7 pm (Eastern), midnight (British), and 11 am (Thursdays, Australian Eastern). Join us 30 minutes early for pre-show networking and stick around following the main event for our After Hour!

This Wednesday, November 4, we feature an important, globally-significant project: the Stepwise Tower Retrofit in Ontario, Canada. Jennifer Hogan of Pretium, the consulting engineers on the project, will describe the phased EnerPHit Passive House retrofit of this 20-story, 1970s multifamily building, and how the team is accomplishing it all with residents in place. For a sneak preview, read Andrew Peel’s excellent feature on the project from the Spring/Summer 2020 issue of Passive House Buildings Magazine.

Join us November 4 at the Global Passive House Happy Hour to learn about this example of whole building transformation and equitable access to Passive House living. What could be better for a post-US election gathering of the Passive House community?
