Multifamily Highlights of 2025

Multifamily construction is no easy task, even when your team is only building to code. It is difficult to find financing. It is difficult to stay on schedule and budget. It is difficult to coordinate between design and construction teams. While seeking Passive House certification may provide assurances that the building will be healthy, comfortable, durable, and efficient, it does add yet another layer of complication and learning how to juggle that extra ball can take some getting used to.

Luckily there are people who have blazed that trail before and we have the articles, videos, and podcasts to prove it! Below you’ll find examples of multifamily Passive House projects from states that have taken climate leadership roles, such as Massachusetts and New York, as well projects from the other side of the Mississippi, across the pond, and even Down Under!

We're looking forward to more multifamily articles and videos in 2026. For now, here are some of the highlights from this past year!
