Castrucci Architects: Ana Leopold is an Assistant Project Manager and Energy Analyst, focusing on sustainable, climate-resilient design for affordable housing and community-driven projects. Her work includes flood resilience efforts like the Baruch Houses retrofit after Hurricane Sandy, as well as energy reduction strategies for NYCHA campuses. Ana holds a Master’s in Architecture and a B.S. in Architecture from Northeastern University. Grayson Jordan is a Certified Passive House Consultant and Registered Architect with extensive experience in energy efficiency and sustainability across New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. He has led high-impact projects like the R-951 Residence, NYC's first Passive House Net Zero building, and the award-winning Bethany Senior Terraces. Grayson is also an advocate for social equity in design through his work with the AIA COTE Social Equity Committee and the NYC Energy Code Advisory Board.
