Seaton Beach House Named Best Sustainable Development in UK

The International Property Awards recently named Seaton Beach, a seafront development in the town of Seaton, as the Best Sustainable Residential Development in the United Kingdom. Additionally, the penthouse of the development was awarded the Best Apartment in Devon.

Designed by the Exeter-based firm Clifton Emery design, Seaton Beach is also the first multi-block development in the UK to be certified Passive House Plus and joins the more than 300 buildings in the UK to have received Passive House certification in the last 15 years.
