Your Guide to the Spring 2025 Conference Season

As the spring 2025 conference season kicks into high gear, we thought it'd be a good idea to highlight some of the upcoming conferences taking place that celebrate building practices that improve performance, increase resiliency, and reduce embodied carbon. We've assembled a list of more than ten conferences on the horizon that we feel like folks within North America's high-performance building community may want to attend. This is by no means a comprehensive list. If anything, it is a nudge to start making travel plans. It also gives us a chance to suggest that you block out June 12, because the Accelerator is already planning for another big event. Stay tuned for more on that!

As always, people in North America interested in attending local or regional events should check out what’s happening on the Reimagine Buildings Collective. Members on the Collective may know of training sessions, workshops, or meet-ups within your area. We also recommend visiting the Accelerator’s calendar of events, as well as the calendar of events provided by groups the Passive House Institute (PHI), the Passive House Network (PHN), or Phius. Additionally, Phius and PHI, as well as regional organizations aligned with Phius and PHI, are regularly doing smaller workshops throughout the spring for designers and tradespeople. Of special note, Denver-based Emu Building Science will be holding several five-day Boot Camps along the East Coast this spring—in Brooklyn, Boston, and Maine, before they head back to Colorado.
