Bauen Build

Bauen Build is a Boulder-based custom home builder specializing in Passive House and ultra-high performance homes. The company pairs rigorous building science with a deeply collaborative process, focusing on what actually determines how a home performs over its lifetime: airtightness, insulation, durability, and the way systems work together. Bauen builds both panelized and site-built, and brings the same standard to each: do it right the first time, and make the reasoning behind every decision clear to the homeowners and architects it works with.
