Edward C. Ettinger, P.E., LEED AP BD+C
Edward C. Ettinger, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, is a seasoned engineer with over two decades of experience leading diverse projects at EEA. As Principal-in-Charge, Ed combines hands-on leadership with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges. He has pioneered innovations like a CHP plant simulator and led Passive House and net-zero studies. Ed founded EEA’s Sustainability and Inspection division, advancing green building certifications and energy efficiency. With degrees from Carnegie Mellon and RPI, Ed is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New York. Outside work, he’s dedicated to refining business processes—and enjoying life with his wife and three sons.
