The AI-Enhanced Practice Users Group is a monthly gathering for practitioners exploring how AI tools fit into their building science workflow. Each session pairs open discussion on how members are using AI in practice with show-and-tell from the group: real workflows and real results.
July's meetup has three parts.
Randall Anway brings a proposal he's been developing: a Guidance Circle, a group of peers that Reimaginers building their own AI tools could draw on for advice and feedback as they go. Not a review board, just experienced hands to ask "is this a reasonable way to build this?" before you sink a weekend into finding out. For Randy, this is also an ethics question. Architects carry a duty of care, and as vibe-coded tools start informing real design decisions, someone has to ask how we keep human health, safety, and welfare at the center of what we build. A Guidance Circle is one answer: peers helping peers build responsibly. He'll sketch the idea in ten minutes, then we'll dig in as a group. What kind of guidance would actually help when you're mid-build and stuck? What would make you comfortable sharing half-finished work? Randy is developing the concept for an upcoming conference presentation, so the group's feedback will shape something real.
Ed May will demonstrate how he puts tools from the AI Skills Hub to work in his own practice.
And a fellow Reimaginer will share how they're using AI in their work.
