With a background in preconstruction and estimating, Jessica brings 19 years of experience, including affordable housing and multi-family. In her role as Associate Director of Preconstruction Services, she ensures coordination between the design and construction teams during project development and the start of construction. Jessica provides assistance with project assessment, document coordination, detailed project scoping, and contract strategies.
