Neil Rosen, AIA, LEED Fellow, CPHC, CEM, CHFM
Neil Rosen is a New York State Registered Architect and a nationally recognized leader in sustainable design, with over 40 years of experience in high-performing buildings. As a LEED Fellow, Certified Passive House Consultant, and Project Certifier for Phius, Neil brings deep technical knowledge and practical experience to every project. He is the founder of Grin Sustainability, a consultancy focused on LEED, Phius, and WELL certification.
Neil has helped shape green building standards nationally through his work with the USGBC, serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman of key Technical Advisory Groups. Locally, he serves on the USGBC-Long Island Board of Directors, and his past leadership includes roles with AIA-Long Island and Habitat for Humanity. During his tenure as Director of Sustainability at Northwell Health, Neil led efforts that resulted in over 20 LEED-certified facilities, including multiple Platinum and Gold-level projects.
