Description
Cascadia Windows & Doors
Cascadia Windows & Doors engineers high-performance fiberglass window and door systems for Passive House, multi-family, and commercial applications. Designed for thermal continuity, durability, and constructability, Cascadia helps project teams meet aggressive energy and carbon targets without compromising façade design.
Cascadia’s Universal Series™ pultruded fiberglass frames deliver substantially lower frame conductivity than traditional aluminum systems, enabling 100–250% improvements in thermal performance at the assembly level. This reduction in thermal bridging supports improved overall envelope performance, reduced peak loads, and enhanced occupant comfort—critical factors in Passive House design and certification pathways.
Pultruded fiberglass frames with low thermal conductivity
100–250% improved thermal performance compared to traditional aluminum systems
Reduced thermal bridging at the frame and interface conditions
Supports lower peak heating and cooling loads
Wildfire resistant window options available
Passive House Certified Window Systems
Cascadia offers a range of Passive House Certified Windows designed to meet both PHI and PHIUS certification requirements. These systems support flexible design strategies while maintaining the performance thresholds required for Passive House projects.
Universal Series™ offers multiple operable configurations
Compatible with double, triple, and VIG glazing systems
Supports climate-specific optimization and PHPP modeling inputs
Available in AW, CW, LC, and R performance classes
Suitable for large-scale and high-rise applications
Material Transparency & Lifecycle Performance
Cascadia prioritizes material transparency and long-term durability to support low-carbon building strategies. Third-party verified documentation enables design teams to evaluate both embodied and operational impacts.
