Hugh Whiriskey is the founder and Technical Director of Partel. Established in 2011, Partel produces and supplies high-performance, energy-efficient systems for the green building sector. They are based in western Ireland, but have a presence throughout Ireland, the UK, North America, and recently mainland Europe.
