Shannon Pendleton, CPHC, founder of Sanderson Sustainable Design est. 2003 pairs best in class building science with place, community advocacy, and historical context. She is interested in multi-generational, non-toxic, affordable, low carbon building solutions and specializes in Passive House, prefabrication, reconstruction, and team building. A co-founder of the Greater Philadelphia Passive House Association, and Councilmember for the Passive House Community at Green Building United. She received her 5 Year Bachelors of Architecture from Temple University, Sustainable Practices Certificate from Jefferson University, is an AIA Associate, and an elective instructor for the Bryn Athyn Church School. She offers high-performance building consulting to clients and design firms in PA, NJ, and NY from New Hope, PA.
