Fifth & Dinwiddie East is one of three buildings by developer, Derrick Tillman, that is part of Pittsburgh's Eco-Innovation District in the Uptown neighborhood. The Fifth & Dinwiddie development straddles two sides of major access road that will soon support a new bus rapid transit (BRT) service stop. Fifth & Dinwiddie East is an existing building that is being renovated and expanded to create 40,000 square feet of commercial space. The owner and design team are targeting Passive House (PHI), RESET Air and Fitwel certifications.
