The Narrows is a mixed-use building with 48 residential rental suites in conventional wood frame construction over 2400 sqft of commercial uses in a concrete podium. It has zero lot line setbacks on the east and west. The total conditioned building area is 38,900 sqft. It is being designed to the Passive House Standard with further attention to energy uses outside the thermal envelope.
