Founding Principals Gregory Minott AIA, LEED AP and Troy Depeiza established DREAM Collaborative, LLC in 2008 with a shared passion for urban redevelopment and a dedication to improving underserved neighborhoods. Today, our full-service firm works with clients on new construction and adaptive re-use projects for mixed-use, urban planning, multifamily residential, science and technology, higher education, and historic preservation. DREAM is Boston’s leading minority-owned architecture firm and our studio is comprised of diverse problem-solvers who use architecture as a tool to elevate the quality of design to help communities thrive. We believe that broader perspectives and diversity of thought make for more informed decision making, more contextual architecture, and ultimately, more positive impacts.
