Description
Erik Olofsson Construction is a BC-based company focused on higher performance/low energy buildings, such as homes built to the German Passive House standard.
We built one of the first Passive Homes to withstand the harsh winter conditions of the BC interior. The owners of the Valemount Passive House sought an affordable design that would offer excellent indoor air quality and be comfortable as outdoor temperatures dip to as low as -32C.
