Zoe’s background ranges from design, field testing, and analysis of net-zero manufactured homes to consulting and verification for multifamily Passive House buildings. Zoe is now a researcher at the National Renewable Energy Lab in Golden, CO, where she focuses on building decarbonization, durability, and resilience through novel building technologies, building-science field experimentation, moisture modeling, and developing methodology for building performance evaluation.
