Multifamily Passive House Design and Construction in Vancouver

Bold Construction’s Paul Warwick and Jeremy Huerta joined Scott Kennedy and Luke Han of Cornerstone Architecture to present the construction and design of The Peak at the June 2 Global Passive House Happy Hour. The Peak is a mixed-use multifamily Passive House apartment complex with 52 market-rate units and two commercial spaces located in Vancouver, British Columbia. This presentation will dive into design challenges and decisions, energy modeling, verification, constructibility, schedule, cost, and trade education.
