Northern Liberties Passive Rowhouse

Guest host Kit Elsworth, Building Performance Specialist at KieranTimberlake, welcomed Lauren Thomsen and Matt Gindlesparger of Lauren Thomsen Design and Ralph Loielo and John Roderick of Scribe Design Build to discuss challenges and opportunities that have arisen during the design and construction of a new construction single-family Passive House rowhouse on a very small infill lot in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia. The project is pre-certified for PHIUS+ 2018 certification, and will ultimately be net zero capable, thanks to a solar array that will be located on the roof. Transcript to follow!
