Salem Heights: Challenges That Led to Opportunities

Our March Project Showcase event features Salem Heights, a 283-unit affordable housing community located in Salem, Massachusetts. Julie Klump (Preservation of Affordable Housing) joins us to discuss the ambitious deep energy retrofit and the challenges faced during the project. These challenges led to unique solutions and eventually became unexpected opportunities in terms of energy efficiency, resident comfort and health as the project team worked to meet the Phius standard.
