At last week’s Construction Tech Tuesday, we heard from Cliff Chambers from Taffera and Luis Garcia of SMR Craftworks. Cliff has been working on Passive House jobsites since 2012, while Luis has been working in construction for five years after being drawn to the field while pursuing his undergraduate degree in architecture. The two talked about what it’s like to be a site super and offered insights on how to keep schedules moving along, avoid unnecessary penetrations, and maintain the exception level of craftsmanship on the jobsite required for high-performance building.
