May is a partner at BLDGtyp, a Passive House design and consulting firm, a trainer of Certified Passive House Designers with NAPHN, and advisor with Passive House Accelerator. Candela Lofts is the first multifamily Passive House project in New Jersey and, as such, was a learning laboratory for developer and architects alike.
