In Cho To Present on Her EnerPHit Retrofit of a Manhattan Townhouse This March

This March, In Cho of Brooklyn-based ChoShields Studio will stop by the Global Passive House Happy Hour to talk about her retrofit of a two-family townhouse not far from Gramercy Park in Manhattan. She will share with us her journey to achieve EnerPHit certification on a project that required a mosaic of construction types and some imaginative design to create a truly stunning home.
