Kate Doherty (Steven Winter Associates) and Jen Hegarty (CUBE3) join our February Project Showcase to discuss The Pointe at Hills Farm. This two building housing development in Shrewsbury, MA has entered the construction phase and will be CUBE3’s first constructed Passive House project. Kate and Jen will talk through some design challenges that the team faced and about how collaboration across teams is key in executing any project, but especially a multifamily Passive House project.
