Join us for our September 101 session, a virtual event featuring Shaun St-Amour, co-host of Passive House Accelerator LIVE! Construction Tech and VP of Operations at Clay Construction in Vancouver, BC. Shaun will join us to discuss the core principle of airtightness in Passive House construction and its vital importance in sealing buildings from bugs, dust, and unwanted moisture. The presentation will include an in-depth description of techniques that integrate the air barrier into the building envelope, materials such as membranes, tapes, and sealants, the importance of a blower door test, best practices on the construction site, and more!
