Passive Projects Design Competition: PhiusCon
Today is the first day to submit your project for consideration for the 7th Annual Passive Projects Design Competition as part of PhiusCon 2021.

Winning and honorable mention awards will be given in five categories:
Single-Family
Multi-Family
Affordable
Commercial/Institutional
Source Zero
Additionally, two projects from the above winners will be awarded:
Best Overall Project of this year’s competition
Best Project by a Young Professional (35 or under)
Winning projects will be featured on the Phius website as well as in Green Building and Design magazine. The projects will be evaluated by our esteemed panel of jurors, each of whom meets two of the following three criteria:
CPHC®, Phius Certified Builder, Phius Certified Rater or Phius Certified Verifier in good standing
Completion of at least one certified project
Licensed professional
