Progress Report on Hotel Marcel, the First U.S. Hotel to Be Passive House Certified

Buildings has published an update on the progress of the Hotel Marcel. This historic retrofit of the Pirelli Tire Building in New Haven, Connecticut, by developer Becker + Becker was covered in last summer’s edition of Passive House Accelerator magazine, but Buildings has some updated images and details about what will be the country’s first Passive House certified and net zero energy hotel when it opens this April.
