Shannon Pendleton (Sanderson Sustainable Design), pairs best in class building science with place, community advocacy, and historical context. She is interested in multi-generational, non-toxic, affordable, low carbon building solutions and specializes in Passive House, prefabrication, reconstruction, and team building. Shannon is a co-founder of the Greater Philadelphia Passive House Association, councilmember for the Passive House Community at Green Building United, and co-host of Passive House Accelerator's Construction Tech series.
