Collections of entries (such as Articles & News) are organic gold for your sites growth. Write them often and showcase them on your homepage to keep it dynamic and frequently updated. With these blocks you can also build out your entry listing pages.

Entries 1 allows you the most flexibility across all collections and even users to be displayed in various card configurations. As an editor, you can limit which collection entries are shown by creating advanced filtering conditions using (OR/AND Selections). Additionally, you can add client-side filtering dropdown options for users to select from using the Taxonomies > Filters option in the CP. This block is the go-to block used to create collection listing pages because of the option to limit the number of entries shown and enable pagination.

Filters contains rows that reference category taxonomy terms. These filters can then be added as User Filters in the Entries 1 block to allow user's to be able to filter the content by the Filters. The categories in the filter will basically become the dropdown options for the user to select from in the filter.
