Norm Horn & Gary Moshier: Fraley Street EnerPHit

On September 14, 2021, the Construction Tech crew was joined by architect Gary Moshier (Moshier Studio) and design-build project manager Norm Horn (Envinity) to talk about their retrofit journey in the rural town of Kane, Pennsylvania. Gary and Norm discussed the technique, technology, and technical aspects of taking a structure built in the 1800s and bringing it up to EnerPHit standards, as well as some of the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
