Multifamily Highlights of 2024

There is no shortage of challenges in multifamily construction. Obtaining financing, coordinating with community stakeholders, complying with regulations, getting all the right permits, and building an effective team to design and construct any building over a few stories tall is no easy task. Deciding to then certify the project through Phius or PHI can make the process even more complicated.

This is part of the reason why the Accelerator was launched more than five years ago. We are here to help make the process a little smoother and to share lessons learned. In 2024, we gave the spotlight to a lot of multifamily buildings, and hopefully it made a few lives a little easier.

We're looking forward to more multifamily articles and videos in 2025. For now, here are some of the highlights from this past year. Enjoy!
